I have this weird pink file folder with a yellow arrow on my screen. Explanation is not in the manual and I cant get an answer from Tmobile or Siemens.   Any clue what it is and how to get rid of it? I did download a ringtone but on the clamshell it makes the arrow like I have a message. &
