I just purchased a Motorola Slvr L7c. I am trying to upload ringtones and mp3s from my computer to my phone using phone tools.
The option is not even available for the media transfer studio. I have updated both the phone and phone tools with all up to date software.

I have this weird pink file folder with a yellow arrow on my screen. Explanation is not in the manual and I cant get an answer from Tmobile or Siemens.
Any clue what it is and how to get rid of it?
I did download a ringtone but on the clamshell it makes the arrow like I have a message.
