I have ordered twice this phone, told two different reasons why my order was canceled the first time.
So ordered back the delivery date kept being pushed back until finally canceled again on the day that was on board. I put on a ship one day and that did not work either. Very upset.

I bought this phone from Best Buy, and therefore given 45 days to try it (as opposed to the standard 30-privileged to be “Premier Silver” customers) This was my second smart phone after owning an iPhone 3Gs and my first experience with the Android operating system.
As a full Google-slave, I just had to give it a try Android. In the past I have owned a phone Samsung (SCH-A950) and was very happy with afto.Imoun very divided between the market and the HTC hero – as I am sure that many people, as is currently the only options for Sprint Android. I chose to try the time for two reasons, most people probably do: the hard QWERTY and the “faster” 800MHZ processor. I have previously owned an LG Voyager, and compared with the keypad took some of the Moment accustomed. Keys exposed a little strange with the spacebar in the middle of the bottom row. Breeding and not flat like Moto Droid, and within a week I was able to type quickly and accurately.
The slider was nice and tight for first week, but at the end of my tenure with the device I noticed the screen was a little “loose” when the device is kleisti.To rest of the material was Dissapointing. I guess that is because it is a slider feels a bit cheap and very “plasticy.” Coming from the iPhone, which managed to feel stylish and heavy both quality of construction time was definitely a disadvantage.
The Send and End buttons on the front offers a nice meeting the press, but I feel very cheap and I was afraid that after a long period of widespread use that will soon suffer. I thought I’d optical trackpad, but I was rarely used because it moves way too much, because it is also a button pushable was very inaccurate and for navigation.
The touch buttons are nice and big job – but it is a huge letdown that there is no “search” button that is with many other Android phones. (Yes, there is one for the hard QWERTY, but if you want to do a quick search, and the phone is closed, you’re out of luck).
The charge port is on the side of the phone, which would make docking impossible and makes it very difficult to use the phone while charging.
The charge port uses starded mini (or is it too
cable USB – but if you open the phone to use the QWERTY while charging, you must use a cable slimmer profile. One is included with the phone, but I used the charger on my desk was bigger and would not let I open the phone.
The charge port and headphone jack have rubber covers for keeping the dust and debris. I guess this is a good thing, but turned out to be quite annoying. Overall, this thing is a brick.
It is hard to pocket, but easy to thiki.I image quality on screen is very nice.
They are bright and vibrant and everything looks great in it. Everyone seems to be obsessed with the fact that it is AMOLED, which presumably means that consumes less energy than a standard LED. Frankly, my eyes could not really tell the difference between the quality of this video and the iPhone. Maybe if it was side-by-side, but in practice I did not noticed that the big difference in quality.
Also, because this AMOLED technology using this phone out is almost impossible unless the brightness is all the way up.
The touch sensitivity is very good – the screen is quite respond when the software allows einai.Milontas for software – Android is really very nice.
If you need information on why there are many sources. This review focuses, however, the time of execution…. Which is very bad. Where is my first experience with The cyborg was at first hard for me to discern the vagaries OS with Moment-specific issues. I now have a comparison and say that if you buy the time to be missing a large dromo.Proton – the GPS just does not work, which makes the application Google Maps pretty useless. I was so dissapointed with this because the iPhone with Google Maps I worked almost flawlessly all the time. Being “The experience of Google” I expected it to be at least the same level as the iPhone.
The GPS always shows “my place” as somewhere in Russia.
Some say this is a problem with Android 1. 5 and could be fixed with an update. Others say the GPS chip time is simply not just functional.
All I know is that it does not work, and therefore all applications that use ypoferoun.Deftero – no voice search for Google.
Some may not think this is a big deal – but for me it was a HUGE letdown. My imagination of how this should work: Hold a button, say “Pizza Hut,” and Google returns Pizza Hut nearby and to provide guidance. Together with the lack of operational GPS, all this feature is absent from this tilefono.Triton – Pandora does not work.
Again, it may not be an issue for some, but sad for me as I love Pandora. From the moment it is only usable due to skipping and stuttering.
Apparently the developers of Pandora work on it. . . .
But who knows when a fix will appear? And a whole – the whole operation of the phone is extremely slow, which totally surprised me, as everyone has praised it 800MHZ CPU. I am not talking about multi-tasking and load a bunch of widgets. I am talking about something as simple as a notification text message.
The whole phone just kind of freezes and you can tell it’s struggling just to activate the alarm. When the phone rings, it takes at least 3 rings on the screen to activate so you can see who is calling.
The proximity sensor is extremely slow, and – with the iPhone, the second I got the phone from my face the screen came back. Not so And the implementation is so bad, because if your phone and receive a text message or e-mail or other sensor signal is bypassed and the display is activated. I can not count how many times I accidentally mute or put the caller on speaker with cheek mou.To screen keyboard is nearly useless – I was only able to reply only with an “OK I’ll be there soon.” Some may say a hard QWERTY will not be an issue.
It was for me, because when you open the phone to use the QWERTY, there was such a late switch I started I really hate having to open the phone to the chrisimopoiisete.I camera takes very nice shots and the flash is great. However, the camera application is about ten seconds to load, and taking a snapshot takes about 3-4.
Also, no matter how it conducted the phone when taking pictures, the result will always be a side shot to be rotated before antallagi.Yparchoun LED is to notify you of an alert – therefore if you away from the phone any time you have to turn the screen to see if you have a missed call or text or e tachydromeio.To phone speaker is very loud, clear and beautiful.
But unusable – every caller I never put on the speakerphone could be a katalavei.Kai now, perhaps the most hated issue with this phone. . . . Life batarias.Afto of the phone is obviously a decent battery life. Will survive for me a whole day of moderate use. What is the problem then? There is a bug in the software says the phone has a battery that still less than in reality. Once the charger for a few hours on the phone thinks it has less than 15 percent of life remaining. This is such an annoyance because when the phone arrived this, Dims the display and does not allow you to adjust it – thus making it impossible to use outside.
The backlight on the QWERTY stops working – making it difficult to txt in the dark.
The camera refuses to synergastei.Gnorizo that many of these things could and can be fixed with a software update. Sprint has gone on record to say that time will be notified Android 2. 1 sometime in 2010. I did not want to take the risk that many of the issues with this phone may or may not be determined. I want a phone that works in the way advertised and supposed to work when buying. Certainly, all technology has bugs and kinks. . . .
But the amount of problems when my ship alma.I substance is present – Android is amazing. Samsung is currently not a good representation. Basic phone functions are disappointingly poor. We switched to a HTC hero and could not be more eftychismenoi.Apothikefsi yourself a big headache.
If you want a Sprint and Android buy the hero instead.

The phone is cool.
The phone is fun. Do not buy this phone. Cool and fun are not useful features. . . Form and function, please. I was in love with at first and then started with a myriad of problems. . . Intervals. First, I contacted the service, I referred back to me at Amazon. . . Samsung who referred me because I had a little more than a mina.Proti the same plane spiral into service and will not come out. Is off and it will not come again.
Then will not recognize its own battery as legit. Now, does not recognize the Chargers, so cannot be charged. Samsung did not provide a new phone, will provide a loaner phone, and it will take to repair it, but I will not be service for 7-10 days not including time turning around. Poor customer service.
The issue is clearly erroneous. I live rurally. This is only the phone mou.Kai what people say for a short time the battery is true. . . I am not a supporter phone and still run by battery grigora.Eimai rated this place with 3 stars. . . Screen is great, gets decent (SLOW) pictures, has some heft to it (which I like), it feels cheap. . . Looks quality, good versions. . .

Android Market has thousands of programs, many of which are really useful and most are FREE! The screen when combined with a nice background image offers very nice eye candy.
The screen is the biggest I’ve ever seen.
The manufacturer lot for me though was the web browser. I have tested various models from 3 different stores Sprint.
The Web browser for the moment was the easiest to navigate, fast and very responsive. Wi-Fi is a plus.Using Wi-Fi at home I had the opportunity to test my download speed to 2-3Mbps. Not too shabby. Transfer files to and from this phone is a piece of cake. GPS and Google Maps work perfectly in my note.
The GPS maps and Torque my job only outdoors. I can not get a satellite signal in my condo. Of all the MP3 phones can I have all these years, the time it sounds the best by far. Camera is o. K. I downloaded a voice recording app, so now my phone has voice recording capability. I can only continue for all of the useful features of this phone.
It is truly a gem phone and worth every penny you pay for it. Oh yes, this is even better as Android 2. 1 will be coming soon now! UPDATED 26 January 2009Apla had a free software update made my phone. My GPS and Google Maps now work indoors. Peppier seems a little bit too. Battery meter should have been an issue so far after extensive use, battery probably lasts as long as any other phone I have owned. Those of you who have problems with the battery leakage should get this update. Just take it to a repair shop and Sprint will install the update for free. Said information CL14.
It will even backup your contacts. To back up your bookmarks you can use a free program like BookMark Backup & Restore.
The slide in the keyboard was also set. Now there is no lag when typing on the keyboard.
There were other issues that this update fixed. I already thought the phone was spectacular. Now is amazingly spectacular! I’m so happy I chose this over the hero, Blackberry and others checked out.
